Your journey starts here: initial enquiry to project completion
The very first step is usually an initial enquiry—this might come through email, a contact form, or a quick call. At this stage, you typically share a rough idea of what you need: the type of print (flyers, posters, packaging, etc.), quantities, deadlines, and any design concepts you already have. From there, the process unfolds like this:

Discovery and briefing
We dig deeper into your needs. This can involve clarifying goals, target audience, branding requirements, sizes, materials, finishes, and budget. If needed, we help refine your idea into a clear print brief.

Quotation, timeline, and design phase
Based on the brief, we provide a detailed quote and estimated timeline. Once approved, the project moves forward. If design work is required, we create initial concepts or adapt supplied artwork. You review these and provide feedback, often through a couple of revision rounds until everything is approved. We then move to proofing.
